In my opinion, Crystal Bakery need more hard work to bring a complete atmosphere of bakery world. There is no sourdoughs here, limited puff pastry, limited national cake and pastry (kue). Crystal caters more and more local trend including taste and look. That's why this place needs more upgrade.Even though, I love how they introduce modern taste to Kalimantan Selatan. A good sign that this province opens to any modern thinking. But still holding up its local wisdom.
